北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）5月25日，北京商报记者获悉，近日澳亚集团发布公告称，首席财务官陈远因个人原因将于8月1日辞任。
澳亚集团公布的2024年度财报显示，实现收入约36.84亿元，同比减少6.1%；毛利约为4.91亿元，同比减少30.7%；公司拥有人应占亏损约12.69亿元，上年同期公司拥有人应占亏损约4.89亿元。
