本周中证装备产业指数下跌1.1%，中证芯片产业指数下跌2.0%，国证机器人产业指数下跌3.3%，中证军工指数下跌0.9%。根据Wind数据统计，截至昨日，机器人ETF易方达（159530）连续4个交易日获资金净流入，合计金额超7500万元。
