5月22日，2025年全国游泳冠军赛男子200米仰泳决赛，徐嘉余以1分57秒56夺冠，达成冠军赛12连冠。禹景铭1分58秒52获得亚军，陶冠男1分58秒99获得季军。
全场只有徐嘉余达到了1分58秒07的世锦赛A标，这也是徐嘉余的冠军赛12连冠。
