人民财讯5月22日电，希荻微(688173)5月22日晚间公告，由于全资子公司香港希荻微及公司境外子公司业务规模不断扩大，为有效推动公司开展智能视觉感知业务，公司拟以3000万美元向香港希荻微进行增资。增资完成后，公司仍持有香港希荻微100%股权。
