中国农业发展银行近日印发《支持逐步把永久基本农田建成高标准农田的实施方案》。方案提出，持续加大对高标准农田新增建设、改造提升等全生命周期支持力度，每年投放支持高标准农田建设相关贷款不低于1000亿元，全力支持高标准农田建设，服务保障国家粮食安全。
