北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）5月21日晚间，华大智造（688114）发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司高级副总裁兼董事会秘书韦炜的《辞任报告》，韦炜因个人原因申请辞去公司高级副总裁、董事会秘书职务。
公告显示，韦炜辞任后，暂由公司董事、总经理牟峰代行董事会秘书职责。
