2025年5月21日，威领股份(002667.SZ)公告称，公司控股孙公司天津长领矿业合伙企业以2.2亿元成功竞得湖南临武嘉宇矿业有限责任公司（简称“嘉宇矿业”）74.3%股权。
公告指出，此次交易资金来源于长领矿业注册资本金，嘉宇矿业将成为威领股份控股孙公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。
