据央视网消息，凤阳鼓楼坍塌楼宇部分，是1995年复建的“假古董”。另有报道称：瓦片脱落部分是2023年修复部分，其竣工验收距今不到一年。目前330万元维修费用还没付完，按照进度付款，验收过后还剩一部分工程款和质保金。
