5月20日，元征科技（02488）发布公告，2025年4月25日的股东周年大会上，公司获得董事会回购H股的一般授权。根据该授权，董事会将在获得监管机构批准及遵循相关法律法规的情况下，决定回购H股，回购的H股数量不得超过已发行H股总面值的10%。
