人民财讯5月20日电，5月20日，杭州成交3宗涉宅用地，均位于主城核心区，且溢价率均突破25%，总成交金额约42.49亿元。其中，西湖三墩单元地块由保利置业以17.09亿元竞得，溢价率达到51.38%；拱墅东新单元地块由杭州西房以16.25亿元竞得，溢价率达41.93%；滨江长河单元地块由中天和海威联合体以9.16亿元竞得，溢价率25.32%。
