美国篮球记者Feared Buck报道，太阳队之前的一位原因对球队提起了诉讼，指控太阳队首席执行官巴特尔斯坦和前水星队球员康宁汉姆存在不正当关系。
自去年11月至今，太阳队已经接到了多达五起诉讼。
