7-11日本公司5月19日发布消息称，5月19日至明年2月底在东京都八王子市南大泽地区试水机器人送货上门服务。顾客可通过智能手机上的送货上门服务“7NOW”下单，送货费为330日元（约合人民币16.4元）。
送货机器人由汽车巨头铃木与初创企业LOMBY共同开发。
