维宏股份5月18日公告，公司控股股东郑之开及其一致行动人胡小琴、董事赵东京计划自2025年6月10日起的3个月内，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持公司股份。其中，郑之开拟减持不超过125.11万股，占公司总股本的1.14%；胡小琴拟减持不超过10万股，占公司总股本的0.09%；赵东京拟减持不超过16万股，占公司总股本的0.15%。减持价格将根据减持时的市场价格确定，减持原因为股东个人资金需求。
