香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波5月18日表示，今年以来港股持续向好，新股市场也非常畅旺。港交所周二（20日）将迎来一家内地新能源龙头企业新股上市，是今年以来全球最大型的新股集资活动，也让香港今年的新股集资额累计超过600亿港元，较去年同期多逾6倍，融资规模暂居全球首位。
