5月16日，美年健康（002044）发布公告，关于2022年员工持股计划第二个锁定期届满的提示性公告。
根据公告内容，公司于2025年5月18日将迎来该员工持股计划的第二个锁定期届满，此次解锁比例为持股计划所持有公司股份总数的30%，对应的股票数量为713万股，占公司总股本的0.1822%。
2025年一季度，美年健康实现收入17.54亿元，归母净利润-2.75亿元。
