砂锅焗鲈鱼的做法
- 1.鲈鱼洗净,剪去鱼鳍,切下鱼头一开两半,鱼身切成约1厘米厚的块。
- 2.加入老抽、生抽、料酒、生姜、葱、胡椒粉、糖、蚝油和生粉,搅拌均匀,腌制30分钟。
- 3.将砂锅烧热,放入生姜块、沙姜块和蒜头,炒出香味后,再加入红葱头和葱白炒香。
