5月15日，拓新药业（301089）发布公告，子公司精泉生物近期获得河南省市场监督管理局颁发的《食品生产许可证》，同意其变更申请，新增5个食品生产项目。许可证有效期至2029年4月11日，涵盖的产品包括左旋肉碱、叶酸、乙基麦芽酚、5-羟基-7-癸烯酸内酯（茉莉内酯）和氯化胆碱。
2025年一季度，拓新药业实现收入9699万元，归母净利润-356万元。
