当地时间5月14日，美国网络车公司Uber宣布推出线路拼车（Route Share）服务。据介绍，线路拼车是Uber专为日常通勤者设计的经济型出行选择。通过在繁忙路线上与最多两位其他乘客拼车，乘客可以享受比UberX更低成本（最高节省50%）的行程。首期服务覆盖纽约市、旧金山、芝加哥、费城、达拉斯、波士顿和巴尔的摩，更多城市即将开通。
