人民财讯5月14日电，百济神州(688235)5月14日晚间公告，公司的股东HHLR Fund, L.P.和HillhouseBGN Holdings Limited（合称“HHLR Fund, L.P.及其联属实体”）告知公司，5月9日，HHLR Fund, L.P.及其联属实体减持公司境外流通股股份1600万股，导致持股总数减少至6855.11万股，持股比例从6.03%变更为4.89%，不再为公司持股5%以上股东。
