近期，湖北三峡农村商业银行股份有限公司（以下简称“三峡农商行”）及相关责任人因存在贷款管理不到位，资金专用账户监管不到位等违法违规行为，被国家金融监督管理总局湖北监管局行政处罚。
国家金融监督管理总局湖北监管局对湖北三峡农村商业银行股份有限公司罚款130万元。对彭定国、陈维学等责任人员给予警告。
