北京时间5月13日，前西班牙人队长哈维-洛佩斯宣布退役，随后，武磊在微博上发表动态，向自己的老队友送上了祝福。
武磊晒出了自己与哈维-洛佩斯的合照，并配文：“谢谢你，队长！很开心能和你一起踢球，我永远不会忘记我们一起战斗的日子。”
在2020年自由转会加盟阿德莱德联之前，哈维-洛佩斯曾效力西班牙人长达13年，代表球队出场283次，并担任球队队长，与武磊做过队友。
