近日，有网友拍摄视频称沈阳一住宅楼体出现巨大裂缝，对建筑质量提出质疑。涉事小区周边商铺称是楼体西墙角开裂，已经围挡有一年时间。对此，艳华社区工作人员表示，房产局已做过鉴定，是保温层开裂，并非危楼，正在走程序进行维修。
