北京商报讯（记者 张君花）5月12日，周黑鸭发布公告称，当日公司回购117万股股份，总金额达293万港元。根据此前的回购授权决议，周黑鸭最多可回购2.33亿股，目前已回购1.77亿股，占已发行股份的7.61%。此举旨在优化资本结构并提升股东价值。
