据人社部网站12日消息，国务院任免国家工作人员。
任命牟海松为国家信访局副局长。
公开资料显示，牟海松生于1966年3月，贵州德江人，1987年4月加入中国共产党。
他曾任贵州大学党委副书记，六盘水市委常委、钟山区区委书记，2010年12月任国家信访局研究室主任，后任国家信访局正局级信访督查专员、国家投诉受理办公室专职副主任等职，至本次履新。
