5月12日，均胜电子（600699）发布公告，控股股东均胜集团解除质押4901万股股份，占其所持股份的9.45%及公司总股本的3.48%；并继续办理相关质押业务。
截至公告披露日，均胜集团累计质押股份维持在3.3亿股，占其持股的63.70%及公司总股本的23.46%。
2025年一季度，均胜电子实现收入145.76亿元，归母净利润3.40亿元。
