5月9日，*ST九有（600462）发布公告，董事会近日收到公司证券事务代表陈俊提交的辞职报告。陈俊因个人原因申请辞去证券事务代表一职，辞职后将不再担任公司其他任何职务。辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
公告中提到，陈俊所负责的相关工作已完成交接，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常进行。
2025年一季度，*ST九有实现收入1.10亿元，归母净利润-567万元。
