【近日，浙江海宁“胖都来”商场高调开业引发争议】因名称与河南许昌知名零售品牌“胖东来”相近。还有不少企业申请注册“胖西来”“胖南来”“胖北来”“胖东莱”“胖冬来”等商标。连名字都山寨，令人质疑其做生意的诚意。
