北京时间5月9日，布莱顿官方举行了年度颁奖典礼，后卫球员范黑克当选了本赛季最佳球员。
本赛季，24岁的荷兰后卫范黑克代表布莱顿在各项赛事中出场36次，其中35次为首发出场，打进1球送出1次助攻，得到6黄1红。
范黑克至今代表布莱顿一线队出场过88次，贡献1球3助攻，目前球员的德转身价为3200万欧元。
本赛季最佳评选排名第二的是巴莱巴，第三的是维尔贝克。
