人民财讯5月8日电，雪天盐业(600929)5月8日晚间公告，近日，控股股东湖南盐业集团取得了中国建设银行股份有限公司长沙华兴支行的贷款承诺函，建设银行拟为湖南盐业集团提供增持上市公司股票的融资支持，贷款额度为不超过2.7亿元且不超过增持金额上限的90%，贷款期限不超过3年，专项用于增持雪天盐业股票。
