格隆汇5月8日丨中国碳中和(01372.HK)公布，公司董事局接获公司非执行董事耿志远通知，耿志远于近日增持合共1000万股公司普通股股份(「股份」)，占公司已发行股份约1.56%。紧随该增持后，耿志远拥有股份权益合共2200万股份，于公告日期，占公司全部已发行股本约3.42%。
