5月8日，中上协发布的报告显示，截至2025年4月底，全市场上市公司总数为5420家，其中主板3189家，创业板1380家、科创板586家、北交所265家。去年以来，新增上市公司137家，募集资金920.98亿元，其中创业板、科创板、北交所新上市100家，占比72.99%，募集资金562.55亿元，占比61.08%；退市公司64家，市场出清机制进一步完善。
