在纪念建校120周年之际，复旦大学设立新文科发展基金，助力人文学科与社会科学创新。
基金首期筹措资金1亿元，由1984级新闻系两位校友曹国伟、王长田联合捐赠。基金将实行开放管理，汇聚更多社会资源，为复旦新文科的发展集聚动力。（复旦大学）
