财联社5月7日电，中铁工业(600528.SH)公告称，公司控股股东中国中铁计划自本公告披露之日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，增持资金下限为不低于1.6亿元，上限不超过3亿元，增持股份数量不超过公司总股本的2%。
