人民财讯4月30日电，金证股份(600446)4月30日晚间公告，为维护公司价值及股东权益，公司于2022年6月1日至2022年6月7日期间累计回购公司股份1000.75万股。公司计划15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价方式出售已回购股份不超过500万股（不超过前述回购数量的50%），出售完成后剩余的已回购股份将尽快安排注销。
