中新社辽宁辽阳4月29日电 (记者 禹瑞斋)据辽宁省辽阳市应急管理局通报，4月29日12时25分许，辽阳市白塔区一饭店发生火灾，造成22人死亡，3人受伤。
通报称，事故发生后，消防、公安、应急、卫健等部门第一时间赶赴现场开展救援。当日12时43分许，现场明火扑灭。
火灾造成22人死亡，3人受伤，受伤人员生命体征平稳。目前，起火原因调查及善后处置工作正全力开展。(完)
