2025年亚足联电竞精英联赛4月28日展开了半决赛和决赛的争夺，利雅得胜利淘汰横滨水手晋级决赛，波斯波利斯淘汰塔什干棉农晋级决赛，决赛中利雅得胜利击败波斯波利斯夺冠。
上海申花也参加了本次赛事，他们16进8淘汰赛中淘汰了浦项制铁，不过在1/4决赛被利雅得胜利淘汰。
