波音供应商Spirit AeroSystems(SPR.US)盘前涨3.15%，报35.99美元。消息面上，空客与Spirit AeroSystems宣布，双方已就部分资产收购达成最终协议。根据协议，波音将以47亿美元股票回购其20年前剥离的Spirit Aero机体制造业务，而空客则接手该公司以欧洲为中心且持续亏损的业务。两家公司在各自声明中表示，空客将向Spirit提供总额2亿美元的无息信贷额度；作为交易条件之一，而空客将获得Spirit支付的4.39亿美元补偿。(格隆汇)
