国家发展改革委副主任赵辰昕4月28日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，近期已经下达今年第二批消费品以旧换新资金，前两批下达资金近1600亿元，后续还要下达1400亿元左右资金，会根据各地支付进度陆续下达。
