4月23日，上海市统计局发布2025年1-3月本市房地产开发、经营基本情况。
报告显示，2025年1~3月，本市房地产开发投资比去年同期增长5.1%。
商品房施工面积14832.95万平方米，增长7.3%。其中，住宅施工面积6869.16万平方米，增长9.5%。商品房新开工面积324.23万平方米，下降5.4%。其中，住宅新开工面积185.15万平方米，下降14.8%。商品房竣工面积375.97万平方米，下降29.6%。其中，住宅竣工面积208.70万平方米，下降13.9%。商品房销售面积397.28万平方米，增长0.8%。其中，住宅销售面积329.78万平方米，增长2.2%。（来源：中房网）
