新疆火炬4月24日公告，公司近日收到董事长陈志龙的书面辞职报告，陈志龙因工作需要申请辞去公司董事长等职务，辞职后将继续担任公司董事、总经理职务。公司于2025年4月24日召开董事会会议，选举康青山为公司董事长，战略委员会主任委员。 任期自公司董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满。
