据河南省人民政府网消息：2025年4月，任命冯晓民为许昌学院副院长(试用期一年)。冯晓民曾任禹州市委常委、副市长。
公开资料显示，冯晓民，男，汉族，1972年5月生，长葛市人，公共管理硕士学历，副教授。现任许昌学院副院长。他长时间在许昌学院工作，2018年8月任禹州市委常委、副市长。2021年4月调回许昌学院，随后任党委组织部长，至此次履新。
