近日，由首创证券江西分公司承揽，债务融资总部结构化融资一部承做的“首创证券-江西财投-中煤建设应收账款资产支持专项计划”成功发行。本次发行规模1亿元，期限2年，票面利率低至2.35%，创江西省内同主体评级资产证券化项目最低利率。
