财联社4月22日电，美国Onesta IP, LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定4月21日向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定集成电路、包含该集成电路的电子设备及其组件（Certain Integrated Circuits, Electronic Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。美国NVIDIA Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、美国Qualcomm Incorporated of San Diego, CA、中国广东OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、英国Nothing Technology Limited of United Kingdom为列名被告。
