京师珠海律所刑事法律事务部开展国际经济犯罪刑事法律交流

4月17日，西班牙瓦伦西亚大学刑事法教授Dr. Francisco Almenar、北京市京师（中山）律师事务所国际法律事务部黄玲律师到访北京市京师（珠海）律师事务所（以下简称“京师珠海律所”）参观交流。京师全国涉外刑事法律研究中心主任、京师珠海律所创始合伙人、刑事法律事务部主任梁玮，刑事法律事务部张其伦、尹鹏博、潇然律师等热情接待，双方在会议室开展座谈交流。

On April 17th, Professor Dr. of Criminal Law at the University of Valencia in Spain Francisco Almenar、 Lawyer Huang Ling from the International Legal Affairs Department of Beijing Jingshi (Zhongshan) Law Firm visited and exchanged ideas with Beijing Jingshi (Zhuhai) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Jingshi Zhuhai Law Firm"). Liang Wei, Director of the National Center for Foreign related Criminal Law Research in Beijing, Founding Partner of the Zhuhai Law Firm in Beijing, and Director of the Criminal Legal Affairs Department, as well as lawyers Zhang Qilun, Yin Pengbo, and Xiaoran from the Criminal Legal Affairs Department warmly welcomed them. The two sides held discussions and exchanges in the conference room.

梁玮律师对来访嘉宾表示热烈欢迎并介绍了北京市京师律所（全国）刑委会成立的涉外刑事法律研究中心及京师珠海刑事法律事务部团队架构、业务情况及涉外刑事业务领域的规划等。她表示，在我国持续扩大对外开放、国际交流日益密切的背景下，涉外法律服务重要性日益凸显，希望以此次交流会为沟通与合作的桥梁，推动北京市京师律所（全国）刑委会成立的涉外刑事法律研究中心与西班牙法律文化的交流与合作，搭建好国际交流平台。

Lawyer Liang Wei warmly welcomed the visiting guests and introduced the team structure, business situation, and planning of the Foreign Criminal Research Center and the Zhuhai Criminal Legal Affairs Department in Beijing. She stated that in the context of China's continuous expansion of opening-up and increasingly close international exchanges, the importance of foreign-related legal services is becoming more and more prominent. She hopes that this exchange meeting will serve as a bridge for communication and cooperation, promote the exchange and cooperation between foreign-related research centers and Spanish legal culture, and build an international exchange platform.
