4月19日上午，全市领导干部会议召开，宣布省委关于临沂市委主要负责同志职务调整的决定。 省委决定：张宝亮同志任中共临沂市委书记。
省委组织部分管日常工作的副部长孙开连到会宣布省委决定并讲话。
张宝亮主持并讲话，崔凤友、边峰、戚军出席。
