4月18日，副省长李酌到驻马店市调研麦田抗旱浇灌、田间管理等情况。李酌强调，各级各部门要坚决落实全省防汛抗旱工作视频会议暨省防灾减灾救灾委员会第一次全体会议部署，强化农业、水利、气象等相关部门协同联动，多措并举保障灌溉水源。要克服等天靠雨思想，引导群众不误农时、科学灌溉，同时，实施好小麦“一喷三防”，抓好病虫防治，筑牢夏粮丰收基础。
