贵州省发展和改革委员会4月18日发布公告，就《贵州省提振消费实施方案（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。其中提到，发挥财政资金引导作用。充分运用中央预算内投资等加力支持教育医疗、技能培训、养老托育、文旅体育等领域项目建设，补齐公共服务短板。支持符合条件的消费、文化、旅游等领域项目发行基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金（REITs）。
