财联社4月17日电，支付技术和软件解决方案提供商Global Payments当地时间4月17日宣布达成最终协议，以135亿美元价格将其发卡机构解决方案业务出售给FIS，并以227亿美元净价从私募股权公司GTCR和FIS手中收购Worldpay。交易总价值达242.5亿美元，其中包括15.5亿美元的预期税项资产。
