辉瑞公司4月14日宣布，决定终止用于体重控制的口服胰高血糖素样肽-1激动剂药物Danuglipron的开发。辉瑞称，在一项剂量研究中，一名参与者出现了潜在的药物性肝损伤，停用Danuglipron后症状得到缓解。辉瑞表示，在对所有信息进行审查后，决定停止Danuglipron的开发。
