10日，据宠物食品公司Natural Balance透露，定延最近亲自购买了2吨宠物饲料并将其捐赠给了位于安城的动物保护所。此前，她听闻该收治在该保护所中的宠物们陷入了食物和治疗费紧缺的状态，于是进行了爱心捐赠。同时，定延从很久之前起，便和亲姐姐演员孔升妍(本名俞昇延)一起通过救助动物保护所的宠物们，践行着动物保护活动。
